Your path to passing the CCA-F
Follow these in order. You can re-open this guide anytime from “Start Here” in the sidebar.
- 1
Learn the foundations
Start with Anthropic's official sources — the CCA-F exam guide, Academy courses, and docs. They're ranked to read in order.
- 2
Read the Modules
The compendium organized by domain (D1–D5). Fast-track the material one domain at a time.
- 3
Review the Compendium
The full cheat-sheet in one place — reinforce everything you just learned before you start testing yourself.
- 4
Decode question stems
Learn to read what a question is really asking and spot the patterns the exam reuses. This is the skill that turns knowledge into correct answers.
How Hints work
In quizzes and drills, the Hint chip helps without spoiling: L1 points you to the relevant Stem-Decoder pattern (where to look), then L2 reveals the actual pattern. Hints never affect your score.
- 5
Test your knowledge
Take quizzes and flashcards to check recall. Stuck on a question? Use Hints (explained just above) to connect it back to the decoder.
- 6
Drill your weak spots
Targeted practice on exactly the topics you keep missing — built automatically from your answer history.
- 7
Simulate the exam
Timed 60-question mocks at the official domain weighting. Keep taking them until passing under exam conditions feels routine.
Your progress & readiness, explained
As you take quizzes, drills, and mocks, your dashboard updates live. Here's what each number means and how it's calculated — with real examples.
Everything you do is tracked
Every finished quiz, drill, and mock is saved with your answers, your per-domain accuracy, and which hints you opened — so the rest of these numbers are always based on your real history.

Your readiness, projected
The ring shows a projected scaled score from 0–1000 — you pass at 720. It's a domain-weighted average of your accuracy (heavier domains like Agentic Architecture at 27% move it most), and it's recency-weighted so your latest answers count more (a 14-day half-life). The eyebrow estimates how many more sessions until you reach 720.

Strength by domain
Per-domain lifetime accuracy bars — green at 75%+, amber at 60%+, red below. A fast read on exactly where to focus next.

Your stats at a glance
Questions answered, lifetime accuracy, your daily study streak, and how many flashcards you've mastered.

Weak spots
The topics you've missed most recently — under 85% lately and seen at least twice. These feed your Drill automatically, so practice always targets what's actually weak.

Where you used hints
Shows how much you lean on hints per scenario. L2 (you needed the pattern revealed) counts double L1 (you only peeked at the pointer). Hints never change your score — this view is purely for you to see where you're still dependent.

Mock exam = the real thing
A mock recreates the official 60-question, domain-weighted format and is the only place you'll see pass/fail at 720. You get a scaled score, a PASS/FAIL verdict, and a per-domain breakdown of exactly where you won and lost points.

Review every answer
After any mock or quiz, review every question: each answer choice has an explanation, your pick is marked, and the correct answer is highlighted in green — so a wrong answer becomes a lesson, not just a miss. Your dashboard readiness then blends your whole recent history, so it keeps moving as you improve.
